Menu for Hope campaign extended to Dec. 31st

We are doing so well considering the economic climate, let’s see if we could raise a little bit more money if we extended the campaign for a few more days.  The new deadline for Menu for Hope raffle is December 31st, midnight PDT.

Thank you so much for your support, and happy holidays to you and yours.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and family, Pim.

Thanks, Pim. I was afraid that, because we got our prize up so late, it wouldn’t be able to contribute much to the overall total. But now that you’ve extended it, more people can bid on it.
    Merry Christmas to all!

Pim, I’m housesitting for someone who has cable TV (I haven’t owned a television in six years) and I’m watching Iron Chef America’s tomato battle. I was shocked when who should appear on my screen, but you! I enjoy your blog and adore Menu for Hope but had no idea you were so prolific. Anyway, I’m tickled pink.

Pim, some of the prizes seem to have “disappeared” from the master list. AP10 for example (the year’s supply of Tim Tams) – what happened? Are they still there?

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Thank you for organising this event again this year. It’s an awesome effort :)
By the way, I just bid for AP21. At the moment I’m the only bidder. But I think I clicked on hide email address (without thinking). So IF an “Anonymous without an email address” does win the raffle *crossing fingers*, I’m contactable at my email address –
Looks like it’s not gonna be so anonymous after all. Thanks so much :)

    Bonjour !
Great idea to extend the event dates ! Could you please update the prize list with my prize (book : a short guide to foodie french, EU 28) ?
Thanks a lot and congrats again for creating this wonderful event.
    Bonne année,

Can we get a summary of what the approximately odds are on each prize like last year? I think that really helps to get more bidders on the “good odds” (aka not highly bid on) items.
Also, I’ve already made a note to make sure I get a prize in the pool next year. I got caught asleep at the switch this time… :(

Oops, re-reading that it sounded a little critical, I was more wondering what I did wrong, how I can make it better. Any suggestions?
