Pasta is yum. Earthy and mushroomy. The wine plays nicely with

Terry Theise is so awesome. I think he’s like a human Hedonism-bot.
    The pasta looks fantastic.

A great recipe, and the most amusing way to post it, intersting to see the blow-by-blow account!
I love your critiques, they inspire me to visit more amazing restaurants than my wallet can handle. Thank-you.

Derrick & I found a handy pronounciation webpage some time back. You can hear Mr.Theise himself explain how to say scheurebe. If that doesn’t help, you can listen to Bill Mayer’s thoughtful clip or Randall Grahm’s bit.

So I’ll tell it on the mountaintops,
In all places high and low,
That love for you is my reason to be,
And will never break or bow.

Hey! It’s Katy O’s friend Christine, remember me? I was just searching for a way to cook our chanterelles we brought home from the market yesterday and stumbled upon your blog, wanted to say hi!! Our pasta we did with carmelized onions, chanterelles, kale, and pinenuts, a little of an Avanti memorial. So yummy!! Hope you’re well!
